The result is Sonic 6, an unlicensed pirate release credited to "Sonic World" that swaps every sprite and reference to Speedy Gonzales out in favour of Sonic the Hedgehog, producing a bootleg platformer that is simultaneously brazen, charming, and surprisingly playable.
